David W. Bavoso


David W. Bavoso grew up in Port Jervis and graduated from Port Jervis High School in 1998. After completing his studies at Duke University, Cornell University, and Penn State University, he joined the firm in 2009. He is actively involved in the community and calls Port Jervis home. Much of his education involved government and how it interacts with society. His areas of practice include Wills, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate Transactions, Business Law, and Municipal Law.

Steven C. Teague, Esq.     


Steven Teague is honored to be the Executive Director of TriVersity. Steven is a graduate of The University of South Carolina (’04) and Columbia Law School (’10). While at Columbia, Steven served as a staff member with the Columbia Journal for Gender and Law. He developed a passion for nonprofit advocacy during and after his time at college and law school, earning an Outstanding Service Award from the New York State Court’s Access to Justice Program. Steven is presently a licensed attorney in New York State. Steven Teague is honored to be actively involved in TriVersity.

Glen A. Plotsky Of council


Glen A. Plotsky is of council to the firm, holding licenses to practice in New York and Connecticut. A former Orange County Assistant District Attorney, Glen has developed a sizable practice focusing on Criminal Defense, DWI, Matrimonial (Divorce), and Family Law, including Custody, Support, and Family Offense proceedings as well as Landlord representation. Supplementing those practice areas with Estate and Surrogate Court representation, Guardianships (Glen is on the Fiduciary Lists in both Orange and Sullivan Counties), Wills, Adoptions, Real Estate, and Municipal Law, along with other matters, Glen's diverse practice assists him in all aspects of dispute resolution and avoidance, where possible. At the same time, his dedication to the improvement of the legal and general community keeps him involved in numerous activities and associations.
